Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup coleslaw (optional)

 

  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

3. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.

4. Layer with BBQ chicken, shredded cheese, and coleslaw (if using).

5. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.

6. Brush melted butter over the buns. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes.

7. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!

– Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.

– Toast buns lightly before assembling to prevent sogginess.

– Choose a BBQ sauce based on your taste preference.
