  • Author: Olivia
  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Description

This Big Mac Salad Recipe is a low-carb twist on the classic burger—packed with seasoned beef, crisp lettuce, pickles, cheese, and a creamy homemade dressing that tastes just like Big Mac sauce.

Ingredients

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 pound lean ground beef (halal certified)

– 5 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce

– 2 roma tomatoes, diced

– ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

– ½ cup sliced pickles

– ⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion

– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

**For the Big Mac Sauce Dressing:**

– ½ cup mayonnaise (or avocado mayo)

– 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

– 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

– 1 tablespoon ketchup

– 1 teaspoon white vinegar

– ½ teaspoon onion powder

– ¼ teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon water (optional, to thin if needed)

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned and crumbled, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool.

2. In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients until smooth. Add water to thin the dressing if needed.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, pickles, and red onion.

4. Add the cooled beef to the salad and drizzle with the Big Mac dressing.

5. Toss everything gently to combine.

6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and serve immediately.
