Ingredients

Instructions
1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Stir well to evenly distribute the chia seeds.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Stir after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.
4. Once thickened, stir again before serving.
