Description

  • Sandwich Base:
    • 4 large croissants, sliced in half
    • 4 large eggs
    • ¼ cup milk
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp black pepper
    • 1 tbsp butter
  • Cheese & Add-Ons:
    • 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
    • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
    • 4 turkey or chicken sausage patties (optional)

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.  

2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan and scramble eggs on low heat until soft and fluffy.  

3. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.  

4. Spoon scrambled eggs over the cheese, then sprinkle with mozzarella and chives (if using).  

5. Add a sausage patty for extra protein (optional).  

6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake sandwiches for 5 minutes until warm and crispy.  

7. Serve immediately with fruit or hash browns.

– Use bakery-fresh croissants for the best texture.  

– Cook eggs on low heat for creamier consistency.
