Description

Chicken & Marinade:

  • 2 lbs bone-in chicken thighs or drumsticks
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and spices in a bowl.
  • Coat the chicken in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temp 165°F/75°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
