Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup mixed nuts
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
1. Toss oats, nuts, and salt in a bowl.
2. Whisk honey, coconut oil, vanilla, and cinnamon.
3. Pour glaze over oat mixture; stir until coated.
4. Bake at 325°F for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
