This Thai Basil Chicken is a quick and flavorful stir-fry made with juicy chicken, garlic, chilies, and fresh Thai basil in a savory sauce.

- For the Chicken Stir-Fry:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai red chilies, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ cup chicken broth or water
Instructions
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and chilies for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in the sauce and stir well. Add onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh Thai basil. Serve hot with rice.
