This Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Coffee) is a frothy and creamy coffee drink made with instant coffee, sugar, and water. Perfect over milk for a café-style treat.

- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup milk (hot or cold)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl.
- Whip the mixture with a hand mixer or whisk until fluffy and stiff.
- Fill a glass with milk (and ice for iced coffee).
- Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk.
- Stir the coffee into the milk before drinking.
