Description

 

This Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Coffee) is a frothy and creamy coffee drink made with instant coffee, sugar, and water. Perfect over milk for a café-style treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup milk (hot or cold)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl.
  • Whip the mixture with a hand mixer or whisk until fluffy and stiff.
  • Fill a glass with milk (and ice for iced coffee).
  • Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk.
  • Stir the coffee into the milk before drinking.
